The SIBO Doctor Nirala Jacobi
The SIBO Doctor Nirala Jacobi

About This Episode

In today’s episode I speak with Dr. Jacobi about a common cause of Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) – small intestine bacterial overgrowth, SIBO. I ask Dr. Jacobi to explain what SIBO is, some of the symptoms associated with the condition (such as bloating), the different types of gasses tested (methane, hydrogen and the soon to be tested hydrogen sulfide), as well as some of the possible interventions we can consider to eradicate SIBO.
